An IED explosion in Afghanistan took former Navy Seal Dan Cnossen’s legs but not his determination and grit.

He has since earned 7 paralympic medals.

He will share his story of resiliency in the face of adversity from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16 at the Natick Community Senior Center, 117 East Central St.

The program is hosted by the Natick Health Department and Natick Veterans Services.
