Participants will learn what causes an opioid overdose, how to recognize and respond to an overdose and how to use Naloxone, also known as Narcan, to reverse the effects of opioid overdose and save a life.

Community Narcan training will be available from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3 at Morse Institute Library, 14 E. Central St.

This free training will be led by Natick Health Department’s 180 team.
