“Shattered Ice,’’ a coming-of-age sports drama, will be screened from 6:05 to 8:05 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9 at the Center for Arts, 14 Summer Street.

The fee is $5. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

The film involves themes of suicide, substance abuse and mental health. Community resources will be available.

A panel discussion on mental health and suicide prevention will follow.
