Free Program Helps Families, Youths Navigate Technology
Navigating Technology and Tween/Teen Well-Being will be presented at 7 p.m. Thursday March 12 at Kennedy Middle School, 165 Mill St., Natick.
The program, led by Dr. Jill Walsh, will provide practical strategies for more balanced use of technology.
This is a free interactive program for families with students in grades 4 to 8. Parents/caregivers and students meet separately at the same time.
They will share research-informed conversations about AI, social media and group chats, among other topics.
Those attending will learn about tools to make technology work for, rather than against, families. The program is presented by Spark Kindness, Natick 180, Natick Health Department, Natick Supports Mental Health, Natick Public Schools, Town of Natick and Natick Above the Influence.
